I'm encountering an "Error downloading file" when i try download the cache? anyone know the reason why?

Hello, i would like to suggest a new boss - Bork.
-Where? wilderness, chaos temple? <-- not sure.
- Combat level and hitpoints? 267 hitpoints, 3000 hitpoints.
- Drops?
- Dragon Hai robes (very rare)
- Elite Armour pieces (very rare)
- Effigies (rare)
- Vecna skull ( very rare)
- Crystal keys (rare)
- All charms (common)
- Raw sharks, Yew and magic logs (average)
- All runes and coins (common)
- Attack styles?
- Borks atack style - Crush.
- Borks weakness - Magic, Stab attacks.
- Max hit - 30 ish?
- Agressive - yes.

hello, i'm just wondering if there is any chance of addng new release items to the slayer reward shop?
-Firstly, in runescape the salve amulet has a 15% damage increase on undead monsters, maybe you could make an amulet using the salve amulet image, however "amulet of slaying" giving a 15% damage increase.
- Also, i was thinking of a "slayer lamp" which give's a certain amount of experience, maybe you could tweek them abit more with your intelligence.
