Hard to know who I should even trust

Like ****, this is going to be basically a rant.

I was friends with this kid for a long time, he said he just finished a project in visual basic and blah blah.

He sent me the download link, he being my friend for like a year I ran it and what do you know.

Skype closes my browser closes etc.

I'm like O-o? What's up with my computer? So I restart it, still happening.

I open my task manager and right when I open it up it closes. So now I'm thinking, ah, that fucker RAT'd me. So I go in the task manager and see how fast I can see the processes.

I load them up for maybe half a second and take a screen shot and put it on paint. What do you know, a name of a RAT happened to be in there.

So I try opening malwarebytes and nope, closes right out. All of my programs were closed at this time  so I was freaking out. I try closing the process like 50 times (Which is hard because I actually had to open task manager and click processes and end before it closed out) and nothing worked.

Look at my startup files, what do you know, this fuckers program right there as well as something else that was embedded in it. I can't remove it because it's in use so I go into safe mode.

In safe mode I run malwarebytes and remove some ****, restart to take effects and still happening. Go back into safe mode and remove the programs from my startup files and now this kids acting like it wasn't even his ****.


I can't trust anyone on the internet anymore :/

i can half-see why people hack/what for rsgp/paypal's ect, but skiddys **** about with people pc's is pointless. like what if they've got work stuff on there ect. don't trust anyone more than you need to online.

I can maybe see if you are trying to get a decent botnet, but if you are going to do that, then don't have so many anti's.

People will know somethings up when they can't even use their web browser.

Also he should make his program a bit more secure

That's horrible, I had the same basic thing happen to me, but I removed it fairly quickly then proceeded to **** the guy who gave me it up.

i am **** on computers so if this happened to me i would be F@$ked ! i would cry and just turn my laptop off and hope for the best aha !
